Surya’s Most awaited movie Masss hitting screens on friday. The film was officially launched with a puja on 14 April 2014. The Principal photography was started from 11 July 2014, but it commenced three days earlier in Chennai. The first schedule was shot for 15 days in a house on the ECR stretch. The crew with Suriya and Nayantara shot some scenes at a private hospital in Chennai. The first and second schedules of the film were completed by early September 2014. The team continued their filming in Ooty, Kerala and Kullu-Manali in North Indian states. Fourty percent of the filming was completed by the end of September 2014. The first song was filmed In November 2014, which was choreographed by Ajay Raaj. By the early December, the team shot a duet song sequence involving Suriya and Pranitha in Bulgaria. The Filming continued in Puducherry Following the schedule in Bulgaria, by January 2015. Masss movie review

This masss movie review is not a challenging one. The movie is good. Yuvan Shankar Raja has been working on the film’s music since August 2014 and stated that the soundtrack would be “completely wacky”, going on to add that “the sounds that I’ve played with…will take the audience by surprise”. In November 2014, Tanvi Shah recorded a song for the soundtrack, but was not featured in the album. At an award function later that month, the composer said “he is working on a special track that will be a tribute to Michael Jackson” and be on the lines of Jackson’s “Thriller”, later revealed to be “Poochandi”.
