The film faced remuneration problems between producer Paruchuri kireeti and the hero Ram.It was reported that Ram signed the project for 3 crores but the producer paid 2.5 crores and told the remaining will be paid during release.But Ram told the producer that he would dub for the film only if he clear the balance amount. This has now become a burden to the producer.A section of producers close to the producer approached Ram’s uncle and senior producer Sravanthi Ravi Kishore but later it seems to have expressed his helplessness in convincing him.
Initially it was reported the Allu Arjun and Gopichand Malineni would be work together.Later Ram replaced Allu Arjun.And the female lead was offered to Hansika but due to the lack of dates to work in multiple projects Rakul Preet Singh was selected to play the female role in the film.At the same time, Catherine Tresa would be selected as the second heroine in the film but she rejected the offer because she is concentrating on the main leads only.Later, Sonal Chauhan was selected as the second heroine of the film.Abhimanyu Singh was played parallel lead role alongside Ram and was paired with Sonal Chauhan. The critic evaluation of Pandaga Chesko Movie Review is good. The film is completely about a millionaire, who has earned a lot of money in the foreign country and comes to visit his family in India. The film was officially launched on 17th May, 2014 at Film Nagar in Hyderabad. The principal photography of the film was started on 16th June, 2014 at Hyderabad.Most of the scenes of Ram an rakul preet were shot in hyderabad and continued in United states.Most of the film shoot was completed by the end of Auguest 2014.One of the song was shot in Pollachi and remaining were in Hyderabad.
